There are various known reasons for hair loss.
However, in the end, they all lead to the four main reasons:

Hormonal changes
and imbalances
Autoimmune reasons
(strong increase of the immunity system reaction)
Chemical imbalance or
consequences of ionizing radiation
(chemotherapy and medications)
Autoimmune reasons
(strong increase of the immunity system reaction)

WHAT DOESN’T WORK?

  • Hair transplantation is known to be a very expensive surgical treatment, that requires patience and dedication. It consists of multiple procedures and mostly has a shortterm effect. Hair grows unevenly and eventually becomes thin and week. While the treatment restores only around 25% of hair, it is quite painful and the result of it might cause many micro-scars on a scull. • Dietary supplements and medications that promise to restore hair growth often turn out to be useless. If some actually have a positive effect, they first influence hormone balance in a body, sometimes in a harmful way. Such as finasteride, that strongly neutralizes the 5-α-reductase ferment. This neutralization of the ferment helps to decrease the level of dihydrotestosterone (DGD) and leads to reduction of hair loss in cases of androgenic, hormonal alopecia. Primarily finasteride is used as a very strong hormonal prostate cancer treatment. Before effecting the hair follicles, finasteride lowers down the general level DGT in the entire body. As a consequence, negative affect on libido is noted together with possible sexual disfunctions and other problems, particularly in a long term use. Moreover, the use of finasteride for pregnant women can be harmful and dangerous, as it proved to increase the risk of defects in fetus.

  • Products containing menoxidil may help in case of severe hair loss. Nevertheless, menoxidil has one serious disadvantage: it requires constant use, sometimes through the whole life. It is highly inconvenient, especially because menoxidil works only for the half of those who use it. Third part of patients who managed to grow new hair, using it, lose it eventually as soon as they stop using menoxidil.

  • Shampoo is another product that will hardly be of any help in solving the problem of hair loss. Even if shampoo is full of useful ingredients, after skin of the sculp becomes wet with water, it is not capable of receiving anything else for several hours after. Shampoo stays on the hair and in a scull zone so shortly that it is not enough time for any ingredient to become active. For this reason, Xeno Laboratory advises to keep on use your regular shampoo.

SOLUTIONS THAT WORKS

Topical serums and lotions the answer to the problem. On earliest stages of hair loss various serums that contain extracts of plants and some other substances that increase blood stream can be used like peppermint or hot pepper. They increase feeding of hair follicles by the bloodstreem and temporary reduce hair loss. The extracts of plants that contain a phytohormone β-sitosterol (Saw Palmetto, Blooming Sally, Epilobium angustifolium etc) could be helpful as well. β-sitosterol makes a tighter and faster connection 5-alpha reductase ferment than testosterone. This lowers the level of production of DGT, that as a result decreases hair loss in scull area. However, it won’t have any effect in later stages or in more difficult cases such as adrogenic alopecia.

DIBAXIDIL© AND DIBAXIDIL© 700

Dealing with the problem of hair loss is a not an easy task. To restore hair growth is a complex assignment, that requires complex products, with multiple active components. That’s why Xeno Laboratory is not only a company that creates a series of complex products, it is a result of collective international collaboration of research institutes and individual scientists. Together they exchange information and design new products to solve complex problems. After a thorough clinical research and testing, two new products were created– DIBAXIDIL© and DIBAXIDIL© 700. DIBAXIDIL© restores and stimulates hair growth in case of androgenic alopecia. DIBAXIDIL© 700 restores hair growth and prevents hair loss from alopecia aerata, total spontaneous autoepilation, follicular degenerative syndrome (FDS). A combination of these two products can be used for dialopecia [see FAQ].
